Fixed prices, in writing
We quote a total before you commit and that is the number you pay. No meters, no surge pricing, no discovering an extra fee at the end of the day.
Someone answers the phone
When a ferry is cancelled or the weather turns, you have a local number that picks up and can rearrange the next three days. That is most of what you are paying for.
We tell you when not to book
If the train is better, or a metered taxi is cheaper, or your itinerary has one stop too many, we say so. We would rather lose a booking than sell you a worse trip.

What does Amazing Thailand Travel actually do?
We are a Thai-owned travel agency working with foreign visitors. We arrange private van and driver hire, airport transfers, tourist visa paperwork, Muay Thai stadium tickets and training, and fully tailor-made private itineraries anywhere in Thailand. Everything is private — you never join a coach of strangers.
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Transport is priced per vehicle, not per seat. One price covers the van, driver, fuel, tolls and parking whether there are two of you or nine, which is why private transport gets better value the larger your group is.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Not for single-day transport or transfers — you can pay the driver on the day. Multi-day tours and anything where we book hotels or tickets on your behalf take a deposit, which we always state clearly in the quote before you commit.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
Usually within one working day, and often the same day. Tailor-made itinerary proposals take two to three working days because we actually build the route rather than sending a template.
Which parts of Thailand do you cover?
The whole country. We are strongest in and around Bangkok, the central provinces, the eastern seaboard and Isan, and we arrange trusted local drivers and guides in the north and the southern islands.
